What this means for our customers?
Any customer that receives support from Silver Innovation has automatically been enrolled to Tixel, and you will have been notified with your access details. You can login at http://tixel.silverinnovation.co.uk.
From here you can login, update your profile and log and monitor support tickets with us. All part of the service.
